outline how they can support you with a range of
business activities including:
• business registrations (business name, company, etc.)
• applying for an ABN
• registering for GST
• OH&S obligations
• intellectual property rights and ownership
• support programs
• employing staff and employee obligations
• procurement tips


Following brief presentations from the SBDC, ASIC,
ATO, AusIndustry, Fair Work Ombudsman, Department
of Jobs and Small Business, IP Australia, Wageline,
Worksafe, Workcover and WA Local Government
Association, you will have an opportunity to meet
face-to-face with any of the representatives to ask
questions and seek further advice.
