IP Australia is committed to continuous improvement, adaptation and innovation so that our customers have trust in the value of IP, have confidence in our ability to meet their needs, and are empowered to access and benefit from IP rights ownership.
Each year we invite our customers to participate in IP Australia’s Customer Satisfaction Survey, it is a key indicator of our performance and an important opportunity for us to seek customers’ feedback on their experiences with us.
This year, we received 2,434 responses from customers representing self-filer, IP Professionals and Australian businesses. We maintained strong performance for the ease of contacting IP Australia, accuracy of information provided by IP Australia and the time IP Australia took to respond to customer queries and communication.
We are committed to delivering and maintaining a world leading IP system and services that are modern, effective and efficient and ensure all Australians benefit from great ideas. With this feedback, we will continue to focus on providing customer experience excellence underpinned by contemporary products and systems; timely, transparent and consistent decision making; strong governance and sound people management practices.
