Have your say! Are you exporting, manufacturing or doing business in Asia?

We invite you to take part in a survey to share your experience with IP in Asia. We’re seeking information on the strategies you used to protect your IP, where you looked for information, who guided you, and what the outcomes were.

The survey aims to help us better understand the precise nature of challenges facing Australian businesses in IP protection and enforcement in Asia.

Our aim is to use the insight you provide to look at the systems in the region to see if the costs and risk associated with pursuing IP rights in Asia can be minimised to make it easier to use IP enforcement systems. The information you provide will help us to provide more targeted information to help you to understand how to apply for IP rights in key trading partners; and to provide guidance on how to avoid common pitfalls.

It takes seven minutes or less to participate.

Take the survey now!

We are also seeking interested candidates to partake in an optional one-on-one interview following the survey. If you’re interested in telling us more about your experience, please email: mdb-international@ipaustralia.gov.au

IP Australia has teamed with the Export Council of Australia and the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science to deliver this survey.
