We are pleased to advise that our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is now open to all IP Australia customers. 

The annual customer satisfaction survey is a key pillar of IP Australia’s performance framework. It captures the opinion of our customers and stakeholders and seeks feedback on your experience with our agency over the past 12 months.

As a customer focused agency, we are committed to improving our customers’ experience by delivering a modern, effective, and efficient intellectual property (IP) system. Survey feedback helps us understand if our products and services are meeting your needs and identifies where we can improve.

Our survey is anonymous and multiple-choice, it will take around 5 minutes to complete and is open now until Friday 13 May 2022.

If you are an existing customer and have interacted with us in the last 12 months you will have received an email from our survey partner Orima, inviting you to participate. 

If you have attended any Public Education sessions or accessed our online webinars or tools and resources on our website, we would love to hear from you and invite you to register and complete the survey
