IP Australia is proud to be a customer focused agency committed to continual improvement initiatives. Key to this commitment is listening to what you – our customers – think about our products and services.  

Each year, we send out our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) to seek feedback and gauge the opinions of our customers on their experiences with our agency over the past 12 months.  We held the 2020 CSS in May-June and subsequently published the results on IP Australia’s Corporate Website.  

A key recommendation from this year’s survey was the implementation of a Mid-Cycle Customer Satisfaction Survey (MCSS).  

This new initiative aims to seek feedback and gauge your satisfaction with the services IP Australia has provided over the last 6 months.  

Of course, this year is unlike any other and we acknowledge the ongoing impact and pressures the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is having on Australian families and businesses.  

During these challenging times, it is even more important for us to understand whether our products and services are meeting the needs of our customers.  

Mid-Cycle Customer Satisfaction Survey 

Customers who have had a resolved enquiry with IP Australia in the past 6 months will receive an email from ORIMA Research (the organisation administering the survey on behalf of IP Australia) with a link to complete the survey online. Customers should expect to receive the email from Monday 9 November 2020. 

Privacy matters  

IP Australia and ORIMA Research will not collect any personal information from customers as a result of their participation in this research. 

Any information provided will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy
