Fees are payable at different stages through the design right process. Fees may vary depending on how you apply and your chosen payment method. Our preferred method is for you to use our online services.
If you are unable to access our online services there are other means, including by post or electronic funds transfer. A higher fee structure may apply in these circumstances.
The fees for these options are shown below. Learn more about preferred or other means.

An application fee is payable when filing your design right application. If there is more than one design in your application, you will need to pay for each design included. You can only apply for more than one design in a single application if each product can be categorised in the same Locarno class.
