We’ve released an updated version of the Patents Manual of Practice and Procedure!
Thank you to those who contributed their feedback and comments on the beta version. By applying this feedback, we’ve made it easier to access and navigate the material.
What has changed?
The changes include the following:
- New chapter numbers and page references of the manual
- Updated content and wording to make the manual easier to read and use, ensuring the information is still accessible
- Version 2.0 will now become the official version.
What do I need to do?
If any of your correspondence or documentation refers to the manual, please check the new volume or chapter numbers in the updated version to make sure your documents remain correct.
Where can I find the new manual?The new Patents Manual can be viewed at the same location as the previous version.
