What's new?
- The renewal reminder notice issued one month after the anniversary of the PBR grant will no longer be sent.
What's staying the same?
- Customers will still receive a renewal notice 30 days before the anniversary of their PBR grant.
- A final renewal notice will be issued within 2 months of the anniversary if payment hasn't been received.
- If the renewal fee remains unpaid 30 days after the final renewal notice, the PBR will be revoked and considered surrendered.
- A notice of revocation and surrender will be sent to the PBR holder or agent. Once revoked, the PBR can’t be enforced or renewed.
To avoid missing important correspondence, we encourage all customers to ensure their contact information in Online Services is up-to-date.
