What to include

If you need to send through any fee related documents, such as a new application or renewal, you'll also need to include a completed payment details form.

Keeping your personal details private

Note that any address you provide could be made public. If you want to keep your home address private, you can provide a post office or other valid address. Your address for service of legal documents can be a post office box, but it must be an address in Australia or New Zealand.
