Summary

The Study into the experience of Australian firms enforcing their intellectual property rights in Asia was designed to look at how Australian businesses currently protect IP rights and related challenges. It concludes that IP protection should have greater prominence in company business plans, especially when exporting to China and ASEAN markets.

It includes recommendations to help increase the IP capabilities of present and future exporters.
