The Iyengar Yoga Certification mark aims to represent the highest standard of continuing training in the Iyengar Yoga method. It identifies legitimate Iyengar yoga teachers as administered by the Iyengar Yoga Association of Australia and indicates a teacher's authenticity and dedication to the Iyengar method. It is also how teachers acknowledge their Guru, BKS Iyengar,  and his achievements throughout the world.
