We are currently seeking input on proposed changes to Australia’s trade marks regulations.

The draft regulations would allow the dividing of international registrations designating Australia (IRDAs) into divisional IRDAs. They would also update or make clearer several references to international arrangements concerning protection of trade marks.

We invite you to provide a written submission on the draft regulations by 1 March 2019. Further information, including details on how to provide a written submission and what input we are seeking, is available on our consultation page
