Section 43 - Trade Marks likely to Deceive or Cause Confusion

Part 29 has been reviewed with changes made including clarification that an endorsement is required where a well known person consents to the use of their name or image as a trade mark.

Update of Part 60

The Madrid Protocol

Part 60 has been updated to clarify the requirements for an application to record a claim of interest or right in an IRDA or protected international trade mark.
