Notice of opposition - Section 224, Section 65A and Section 83A

Complete this form to commence an opposition to an extension of time of more than three months (Section 224), to oppose an amendment to a trade mark application after the particulars of the application have been published (Section 65A) or to oppose the amendment of a registered trade mark due to inconsistency with international agreements (Section 83A).
