How to apply

You can apply online using the application form in Online Services. This is the preferred way to apply.

There is also a PDF form to available to assist you in gathering the relevant information for your application. If you're unable to apply online, you can use the PDF form instead.

If you're applying through PRISMA, you don't need to apply online or use the PDF form. The application is included in PRISMA.

Note: An application cannot be considered filed until payment is received.
