Superseded non-legislative instruments

As we undertake reviews, some instruments will be repealed or amended as we undertake reviews of non-legislative instruments.

The Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Productivity Commission Response Part 1 and Other Measures) Act 2018 (IP Amendment Act) moves a number of filing, formality and fee paying requirements to non-legislative instruments.

As we continually undertake reviews of the non-legislative instruments to adopt more efficient processes as they become available, some instruments will be repealed or amended. You can keep track of superseded instruments for each IP right type below.
