Inclusive culture

We want a diverse workforce and a workplace where all employees feel they're valued, safe and can be their true selves with opportunities to reach their full potential.

Diversity and inclusion

We value different backgrounds and perspectives and are members of:

We’ve been awarded Bronze Tier Status by the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI), which is a national benchmark for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. We’ve also been recognised as an Inclusive Employer by Diversity Council Australia for 3 years in a row (2023 to 2025). Both achievements highlight our commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all employees. Our work was also featured in this Inclusive Employer Case Study by Diversity Council Australia.
